1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
CDP will provide clients that have active and paid support with telephone, email, and chat options to answer questions concerning the use of CDPs solutions. CDP will not be responsible for Customer support requests related to Customer network problems, hardware or software not supplied by Vendor, server or workstation support, or 3rd party data processor product support. Clients are required to have their own backup and disaster recovery solutions implemented that they can restore on their own. Paid standard CDP will be performed only during the hours of 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
